The original concept for the design of this Mediterranean inspired home was to create a lifestyle environment to extend the Kitchen and livings areas into the outdoor all year round entertaining zone.

Therefore, the lower level of this home is dedicated to living; with a galley style Kitchen featuring French Doors running off into a paved courtyard entertaining area that overlooks the Roman style pool, additional Bifold doors off the Living area allows all the outside features to be enjoyed from the inside of this home.

The guest accommodation is situated on this level allowing privacy for all members of the home. The upper level features the master bedroom with Roman style open ensuite, 2 additional bedrooms and a third living area.

To keep with the rustic Mediterranean charm, terracotta roof tiles and exposed timber frames have been used on the exterior.
